Sales Policy

If we have any sales such as discounted prices on items. They will be on items that are low in stock or in holiday seasons. All sales include free shipping. If the item is out of stock or we can not fulfil your order your money will be returned to you.

 

Payment Terms:

All customers will have to make payments online through the payment gateway. ( Visa, Master Card or Paypal) All payments are not refundable except under our goods return and refund policy

 

Pricing

All online prices quoted do not including country taxes, customs and duties that may occur the buyer is responsible for that. It only includes cost of shipping the item in a parcel or package. Any unforeseeable market conditions may make product prices change from time to time.

 

Order Processing

All orders will be processed the next business/working day upon receiving payment. If there are any unfortunate delays such covid outbreak or another pandemic we will contact you to let you know.

 

Colour Display

The colour of the products that are sold online may vary to the original product due to your screen settings.

Goods Return

You can return your item before 30 days you have received your item as long as it is not used and it is in it's original packaging. For goods returned please see our Refund and return policy below.
